Unique to this program is the addition of a self-administered lifetime instrument to identify stress areas and plan actions to lower stress and improve our personal strengths.
Renée is certified to provide training and consultation in the "Life Challenge Inventory" by Ruth Schelkun. This handbook provides understanding and practical tools to assist in managing life's challenges in personal, family, and worklife. Upon completion, participants will be able to use this instrument over and over as they implement changes and see the benefits of their personal forward progress.
